Keenan HealthCare, a brokerage and consulting firm, and Madison Healthcare Insurance Services, have entered into a cooperative agreement, according to which the latter will assume brokerage services of all medical malpractice insurance coverages to Keenan's physician and medical group clients.
Madison will also be assuming responsibility for certain ancillary insurance coverages as well. Keenan HealthCare will continue to provide employee benefit coverages and services to all of Keenan HealthCare’s medical group clients.
