Insurance broker Lockton Companies has appointed Nancy Daas as the new vice president and unit manager of its Chicago employee benefits team.
Ms Daas will join the Chicago-based leadership team to support the firm’s growth. She will be responsible for the initiation and completion of employee benefit consulting services for Lockton’s large middle-market client organizations served from the Chicago office.
Prior to joining Lockton, Ms Daas was a principal consultant with Mercer Health & Benefits in Chicago, Illinois. While there, she managed large and mid-market clients, overseeing functions such as healthcare pricing and plan design, renewals and competitive bid analyses. Her professional background also includes client service positions with MetLife, Rush Prudential and United Health Care.
