Lincoln Financial Distributors Appoints Chief Operating Officer

The intermediary distribution company of Lincoln Financial Group, has appointed Thomas O'Neill as Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately.

Lincoln Financial Distributors, the intermediary distribution company of Lincoln Financial Group, has appointed Thomas O’Neill as Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately.

Mr. O’Neill will head the development and implementation of key initiatives that improve the client experience and maximise business growth. He will work closely with partners and clients across Insurance Solutions, Retirement Solutions, Lincoln Financial Network and Delaware Investments divisions.

Mr. O’Neill has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently serving as the President of AEGON Financial Services Group, where he contributed in leveraging AEGON’s broad-based investment expertise with large financial institutions, developing and strengthening distribution relationships with key institutional partners.
