Lincoln Financial Appoints Chief Diversity Officer

For strategic planning, management of Lincoln's diversity, inclusion programs and initiatives

Lincoln Financial has appointed Allison Green as chief diversity officer.

In this new position, Mr Green will be responsible for the strategic planning and management of the company’s diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives. Prior to joining Lincoln Financial, he was corporate director of diversity at Wyeth.

Mr Green’s previous positions includes head of the diversity department for The Vanguard Group and an extensive human resources background which includes roles leading and managing teams focused on organisational effectiveness, leadership development, talent management, HR planning and integration, training and organisational development.
