UK-based Lincoln Financial has promoted Jeff Coutts to the position of Corporate Treasurer will report to CFO Randy Freitag.
Coutts served as the company’s Insurance and Retirement Solutions division SVP and Financial Management Head.
As a Treasurer, Coutts will manage the company’s balance sheet and will also be responsible for capital, liquidity, bank and rating agency relationships, corporate insurance and obligations, capital markets activities, treasury operations and asset-liability management.
Coutts also served as Corporate Actuary for Jefferson Pilot in 1996 prior to moving to Lincoln where he earlier worked as product development head for the Employer Markets division.
