LexisNexis Risk Solutions has unveiled LexisNexis Insurance Exchange mobile application, an on-the-go application to provide agent and broker members with 24/7 access to significant information, helping them to clinch new business opportunities.
The mobile application eliminates the need of a computer or laptop and offers easy connectivity to producers, marketers, customer service representatives, management and customers for flawless collaboration.
User can remain connected through the LexisNexis Insurance Exchange mobile application and can gain access to submission activity, message teammates and tag notes, claims LexisNexis Insurance.
The firm said that expanding service to a mobile platform enables insurers to remain more accessible to their customers and provide a distinguished service that is competitive and commoditized.
LexisNexis Insurance Exchange general manager Clyde Owen said staying connected is necessary and important when trying to close a deal.
"The Insurance Exchange mobile offering helps our expanding network of agents and brokers stay connected, stay informed and make decisions more easily from lead to close," Owen added.
Agents and brokers can get the mobile application using the web address or downloading it from the Apple App Store to access client information, access client submission history, and identify and contact key submission participants.
Additionally, the offering also enables users to get real-time submission status including draft, submitted, quoted, bound, issued, declined and closed applications.
