A privately held property/casualty agency, Keystone Insurers Group has expanded its market presence in Georgia with the addition of two new franchise partners.
The partners include Boswell Insurance Group of Athens and Ash/Welborn Insurance of Cornelia.
Established in 1890 as a commercial real estate agency, Boswell Insurance has expanded over the years to include real estate appraisal and insurance services.Ash/Welborn has been operating since 1991 and has offices in Cornelia and Hoschton.
Keystone Insurers, founded in 1983 and headquartered at Northumberland, is owned by its franchise partners and employees in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee.
With property/casualty premiums exceeding $1.7bn, Keystone also conducts business in Kentucky, Tennessee and Georgia.
