With this new release, the consulting firm has modified and added a various new features to its system to further improve the product functionality and client experience.

KCIC said many of the new developments come out of its approach of collaborating with clients and their counsel to develop a system that best meets their needs.

The new version of the system benefits include: redesigned, more intuitive site to further improve user experience; enhanced customizable search capabilities; better drop-down menus, fully customized for each client; document management; live data reporting and ability to download reports to Microsoft Excel.

KCIC president Jonathan Terrell said this new version firmly establishes the firm to help clients optimally manage their claims from the time of filing through resolution, payment and billing to insurance coverage.
