(JLT), one of the world’s leading specialty-focused providers of insurance, reinsurance and employee benefits related advice, brokerage and associated services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ihab Loubieh as Vice President of JLT Specialty USA’s Construction Practice.
Loubieh will be based in JLT’s San Francisco office where his primary focus will be developing surety solutions for clients and prospects in the Construction and Commercial sectors.

Loubieh comes to JLT Specialty USA from Marsh where he has served as Vice President of Surety and was responsible for the negotiation, placement and management of surety programs, as well as providing innovative solutions to protect general contractors and owners from risk of subcontractor default. Before Marsh, Loubieh held surety positions at Zurich North America and was trained in underwriting, surety claims, risk engineering and corporate finance. Loubieh comes to JLT Specialty USA with more than ten years of experience.
