Intercare Holdings Insurance Services, an independent third party liability, workers' compensation and managed care claims administrator, has appointed Mark Gibbons as new vice president of business development.
Gibbons responsibilities will include sales development for the west coast and the national claim services market.
Gibbons brings over 20 years of experience in the property and casualty business to his new role. His prior responsibilities include claims management and sales and marketing for commercial carriers as well as leadership in national accounts sales for major service companies.
Intercare executive vice president Richard Rothman said Mark brings to Intercare a combination of carrier and third party claims administration program development and sales expertise.
"Mark will be a key player in helping Intercare expand its presence both on the West Coast and nationally" Rothman said.
