InStar Services Group has acquired Horizon Restoration to expand its disaster response, insurance restoration and reconstruction services. With this acquisition, the company is now comprised of 18 response centers in the US.
Headquartered in Denver, Horizon is a disaster restoration providing services to Colorado, the greater Rocky Mountain Region and also National Accounts.
The company said that the acquisition of Horizon is its third expansion in the last seven months. InStar’s majority owners, private equity firm BlackEagle Partners, has supported it’s entrance into Birmingham, Michigan and the acquisition of B Poole Restoration in New York and now Horizon.
