US-based insurance brokerage Hylant Group has named Scott Dillabaugh as president of its Cleveland office.
In his role, Dillabaugh will be responsible for the overall management, direction and growth of the office.
Dillabaugh joined Hylant Group in 2010 as senior vice president and employee benefits sales leader.
Most recently, Dillabaugh served as regional COO for Hylant Group’s Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati and Nashville offices.
Prior to joining Hylant, Dillabaugh was the national group benefits sales director at M&T Insurance Agency in Buffalo, New York.
Dillabaugh was also a managing partner at Palmer & Cay/Wachovia Insurance and office sales leader at Marsh & McLennan in Columbus, Ohio.
Hylant, founded in 1935, offers complete risk management services, employee benefits consultation, loss control, healthcare management and insurance solutions for businesses and individuals and has 12 offices in Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Tennessee, and employs more than 570 employees.
