Hub International has announced that its California subsidiary has acquired FLF, which is doing business as Diversified Risk Insurance Brokers, an insurance brokerage.
Diversified Risk Insurance Brokers’s (DRIB) operation in Emeryville, California will become part of Hub International of California Insurance Services (HUB California), and will be moved into HUB California’s Pleasant Hill office in the first quarter of 2008.
Kirk Christ, president of HUB California, said: We are excited to have the team at DRIB join forces with our already successful office in Pleasant Hill. For some time now, we have been looking to expand our presence in the Northern California market, and this acquisition adds the right people and enhances the opportunities for future growth.
