Hub International of California Insurance Services has acquired the assets of Nett & Champion Insurance Services, a California-based agency engaged in providing employee benefit consulting and brokerage services.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The Nett & Champion team, including owners Gary Nett and Michael Champion, will join Hub California at its existing Santa Barbara office.
