Hub International, a leading global insurance brokerage, announced that it has acquired the assets of the Columbian Agency operations.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Based in New Lenox, Illinois, Columbian operations specialize in providing commercial lines insurance and surety bond solutions for the construction industry.

Columbian’s owners, Kevin Scanlon, Gary Eaton, Lee McWethy and Rob Kegley, will join Hub Midwest.
