Integrated its Infolink and Underwriting Solutions operations to deliver new operational benefits

Hooper Holmes, a provider of risk assessment services for the insurance industry, has integrated its Infolink and Underwriting Solutions operations into a new division. This strategic move is intended to deliver new operational benefits to its customers.

The Hooper Holmes Services division is expected to provide a suite of integrated services in order to improve customers’ business performance. The division brings together units that underwrite life insurance applications, retrieve and research applicant medical records, conduct tele-interviews and inspections, and deliver full case management services.

The new division comes to market with primary operations in Lenexa, Kansas and Omaha, Nebraska.
