Homeowners of America Insurance Company (HOAIC), a Texas-based property and casualty insurance company, expands its products to offer Homeowners of America Flood Insurance to its policyholders in Texas through a private label partnership with Wright Flood, the nation's largest flood insurance provider.

Homeowners of America Insurance Company matches its vast local knowledge of the Texas marketplace with Wright Flood’s reputation for exceptional claims experience to offer federal flood policies under the Homeowners of America Flood Insurance brand name.

"For over 20 years Wright Flood has been solely focused on flood insurance with a reputation for claims expertise and pairs well with our property insurance products," said Spencer W. Tucker, President and CEO of HOAIC headquartered in Irving, Texas.

"Flood insurance is Wright Flood’s only insurance product. At Wright Flood, we pay claims without the potential for conflict with any other property coverage," said Henry Neal Conolly, President. "Wright Flood employs the largest full time flood claims staff in the industry, to adjust and timely pay losses."

Within the first 90 days after Superstorm Sandy, Wright Flood closed or advanced payment to nearly 70% of its 20,000 claimants; while the flood industry was generally criticized for a closed claim rate that reportedly reached just 30%. Wright Flood, previously Fidelity National, earned its strong claims handling reputation during Hurricane Katrina and offers that strength now to Homeowners of America Flood Insurance."
