Stacey Hoyt to be based in Gainesville loan production office
Tampa-based HomeBancorp has appointed Stacey Hoyt as mortgage loan officer for HomeBanc. She is based in HomeBanc’s Gainesville loan production office.
Ms Hoyt brings more than 26 years of experience to HomeBanc in banking, finance and residential lending.
HomeBanc is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tampa-based HomeBancorp, with full-service branch locations in Lake Mary, Lakewood Ranch (Sarasota), Belleair Bluffs and three branches in Tampa. The company also operates loan-production offices in Tampa, Lake Mary, Brandon, Lakeland, Gainesville and Bonita Springs.
HomeBanc offers an array of retail-deposit products, along with SBA loans, special lower-rate FHA loans for first-time buyers and residential mortgage loans.
