Home Emergency Insurance Solutions, a provider of home emergency repair programs, said that it will offer the water service line protection plan to select homeowners in California.
The water line protection plan offers consumers thousands of dollars in coverage for a low monthly fee, and when enrolled in the program, customers can have access to a 24-hour emergency hotline, said the company.
Home Emergency Insurance plans to offer the water service line protection program via a direct mail campaign.
Home Emergency Insurance Solutions CEO Jonathan King said that the emergencies do happen and unfortunately, and rather than having to scramble and pay thousands of dollars in the midst of a home emergency, the company will takes care of the legwork from start to finish.
“We aim to provide every customer with first class service and make sure that our contractors do the same,” King said.
