Health Dialog to tailor its services to the Spanish market, ensuring adaptation for health system, cultural, and local market issues

Health Dialog has teamed up with Sanitas, a Spanish medical insurance division of Bupa, Health Dialog’s parent company, to form Health Dialog Espana.

Health Dialog Espana will aid Sanitas address health issues in Spain by providing Sanitas members with health coaching and related support, particularly for those members suffering from chronic or other serious health conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and heart disease.

Leveraging Health Dialog’s expertise in health coaching and population analytics, Health Dialog Espana will connect individuals with evidence-based, unbiased healthcare information that will help them manage their conditions. Health Dialog will tailor its services to the Spanish market, ensuring adaptation for health system, cultural, and local market issues.

Philippe Paul, program manager of Health Dialog Espana, said: “Chronic disease accounts for 70% of the Spanish public health service’s expenditure as well as 77% of Sanitas’ medical costs.”
