Groupama Insurances has expanded its development underwriters and broker team, to provide brokers even better access to underwriting decisions at key regions of the UK.
As a part of new incentive scheme, the expansion of commercial team will promote the benefits of using Optima Online, its extranet, to trade especially for Optima Business Plus, Groupama’s innovative, online commercial combined product.
Groupama Insurances Commercial Underwriting head Dawn Dillaway said that by dedicating a highly skilled development underwriter to key regions of the UK, brokers know they will get a consistent level of focus on their needs that will help them win and retain business across our whole commercial range including online, open market and our specialist ‘Exclusively’ products.
Barry Gibbons will continue to serve North West brokers and Steve Scrimgeour will serve South East brokers while Peter Bignell will cover East Anglia and the East Midlands.
With three experienced underwriters, the new underwriting team will support Groupama’s commercial combined cover, Optima Business Plus wider adoption of e-trading.
