The environmental division of Great American Insurance Group has launched enhanced premises environmental liability insurance policy with liability limits of up to $35m per occurrence, and $70m in aggregate.
The 10-year term enhanced policy covers several new exposures faced by site owners, operators, property managers and tenants, including, contingent business interruption, emergency response costs, green building materials, methamphetamine labs, and biological hazards.
