The joint implementation effort kicked off in July.

Core functionality is built around a simple point-and-click format and a platform which enables complete automation and management of the entire claims process, from First Report of Injury (FROI) through settlement, claims the company.

Eric Wadsworth, CEO of Innovation Group, North America, said: “We appreciate GMA’s selection of Innovation WORKS and their recognition of the value of both our platform and our team. Innovation Group technology and personnel handle more than one million workers’ compensation claims in the US each year.”
