Health insurer Geisinger Health Plan (GHP) has deployed hCentive’s exchange integration and private exchange solutions to offer single sales portal.
The insurer deployed cloud-based WebInsure Exchange Manager solution to manage its tedious enrollment and reconciliation processes, apart from accepting and transmitting data to and from external sources, while synchronizing with its own internal systems.
GHP has also deployed WebInsure Private Exchange, designed to allow health plans to offer defined contribution plan marketplace to small business customers.
Both the technologies also help manage the complexities of multi-exchange integration with state and federal exchanges.
hCentive president and COO Manoj Agarwala said the solutions offer a variety of plans to 400,000 members in the 43-county service area.
"WebInsure Exchange Manager is available to meet the needs of health plans by providing a platform which allows them to sell products on multiple exchanges, manage claims, and ensure all payment and billing information remains in compliance," Agarwala added.
