Genworth Life Insurance Company has begun the cash offer to purchase the issued and outstanding five series of RLIII INC Money Market Securities and one series of RLIII INC Term Securities (collectively, the Securities).
The offer follows the offer to purchase, terms and subject to the conditions, proposed on 9 December 2011 and the related letter of transmittal.
The minimum tender condition, pursuant to the terms of the offer will on 9 January 2012.
