GAB Robins North America, a provider of global risk management services, has hired Paula Styles as the new director of learning and organizational development for its North American operations.
Ms Styles joins GAB Robins from Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where she served as a senior learning consultant.
Ms Styles earned her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Kean University.
She also holds a master’s degree in human resources, training and development from Seton Hall University and has completed all coursework toward a doctorate in organizational leadership – adult learning from Columbia University.
Dean Harring, executive vice president and chief claims officer for GAB Robins’ North American operations, said: Paula will continue to move our learning and development program forward for our employees, our customers and the industry at-large. She will identify new professional development opportunities that will continue to leverage GAB Robins’ knowledge base and enhance our capability to educate the industry using cutting-edge technology.
