Frost Insurance, the insurance agency subsidiary of Texas-based Frost Bankers, has acquired San Antonio-based Clark Benefit Group, effective 1 May 2011.
Founded in 1986, Clark Benefit Group has been serving the San Antonio community with employee benefit programs and services for businesses and individuals.
Frost Insurance president Bruce Burdett said that Clark Benefit Group will be a great addition to the San Antonio market as Frost continue to grow and deliver excellent employee benefit services in San Antonio.
Following this acquisition, the agency and its employees will relocate to the San Antonio offices of Frost Insurance.
Clark Benefit Group founder Dave Clark said by joining the Frost Insurance organization, the company will be able to offer its clients the broader resources that changes in health care will soon demand.
Frost Insurance, a subsidiary of Frost, is a provider of property and casualty, group employee benefits, estate planning and business succession and personal insurance.
