The Fort Myers Regional Partnership, Lee County’s Economic Development Office, has said that the county has approved financial incentives for TZ Insurance Solutions to locate in Lee County.

According to Fort Myers, TZ Insurance plans to create around 125 full-time jobs with salaries in excess of 140% of the Lee County average wage. The economic impact in the county for this project could be about $10m over the next three years.

TZ Insurance will also receive a qualified tax incentive (QTI) from the State of Florida and Lee County worth up to $273,000 as part of the project, out of which $218,400 will come from the State and remaining $54,600 from the Lee County incentive program.

In addition, TZ Insurance was approved for an incentive of up to $312,500 from the Lee County job opportunity program and it will operate as a full service ‘digital insurance’ agency providing inbound, outbound, web and back-office services.
