ERC-Ireland, Everest Underwriting Group form a hub for Everest’s Continental European operations
Bermuda-based Everest Re Group’ subsidiary, Everest Reinsurance Company (ERC-Ireland), has obtained license by the Irish authority to operate as an authorised non-life reinsurer in Ireland. It enables the company to operate throughout the European Union (EU) under a single regulatory framework.
Headquartered in Dublin, ERC-Ireland, together with Everest Underwriting Group (Ireland), form a hub for Everest’s Continental European operations. It also complements its existing operations in London and Brussels, including its new operation in Cologne.
