To develop new products and services and enhance the delivery of existing offerings
EPIC (Edgewood Partners Insurance Center), a retail property, casualty and employee benefits insurance brokerage, has named Dana Liedel as principal and corporate development officer.
Ms Liedel has a background in marketing and brand creation. She also specialises in product development, new business production and individual sales success. She will be based in EPIC’s San Francisco office
In her new role, she will work closely with brokers, service teams, branch managers and practice leaders across the company to develop new products and services, and enhance the delivery of existing offerings. She will also be responsible for further increasing client satisfaction and retention and driving the acquisition of new business.
Ms Liedel will initially focus on positioning EPIC’s Employee Benefits Practice as the industry thought leader and dominant consultant in California during a time when health insurance is transforming itself nationally.
