Enstar Group has reported total revenues of $0.8m for the first quarter of 2010, a decrease of 26% compared to $1.09m for the same quarter in 2009.

The company posted EBITDA of $16.3m for the first quarter of 2010 compared to $9.9m for the same period last year.

The company’s net investment income for the quarter were $2.2m compared to a net investment loss of $6.01m for the same quarter in 2009.

For the quarter ended March 31, 2010, the company posted net income of $15.9m, or $1.15 per diluted share, compared to $11.5m, or $0.84 per diluted share, for the same period last year.
