The Empire Life Insurance Company (Empire Life) has introduced a new iPad application,called SimpleQuote that will offer simple, fast quotes on up to four term insurance products instantaneously.
The newly launched application will provide immediate quotes and fully compliant illustrations on one page without requiring an internet connection.
Tax & Estate Planning and Retail Insurance Products & Marketing director Peter Wouters said SimpleQuote uses mobile technology to enable advisors to respond to their customers in real time with illustrations and quotes.
"Advisors who have seen the app tell us it is a huge advancement in how they do business, making it much easier to provide their clients with the information they need to make their insurance decision," Wouters added.
Designed by Empire Life and developed by CompuOffice Software, SimpleQuote features initial policy premium, renewal rates, cash values, and the initial underwriting requirements, to allow advisors to easily email quotes and illustrations to their clients.
CompuOffice president Ami Maishlish said the application is fully mobile, and frees the advisor from connectivity concerns and costs.
Empire Life is providing the app with a group of advisors before making it available to more advisors and on other mobile devices.
