Empire Life Insurance and Aspiria Corporation have formed a new Employee Assistance Program (EAP), AssistNow, designed specifically for Empire Life Group Benefits customers.
Empire Life said that AssistNow offers expert assistance to employees and their families, as well as to managers and company leaders.
It also includes confidential counseling, life coaching, health information, self-assessments, interactive training modules, management consultation, and a crisis management service.
Aspiria founder and CEO Charles Benayon said that Empire Life and Aspiria share a focus on understanding the needs of small business and a commitment to quality, integrity and being easy to do business with.
"Working together, we can make the most of each other’s strengths and provide a high quality benefit to this underserviced market," Benayon said.
Canada-based Empire Life is a subsidiary of E-L Financial which offers individual and group life and health insurance, investment and retirement products.
