Agencyport Software, has announced that Electric Insurance Company has chosen the vendor's AgencyPortal point-of-sale and service platform, which includes the Connect5 solution, to create a differentiated online experience for customers through a robust self-service center.

Electric Insurance sought a web solution that would make servicing existing policyholders faster and easier.

The offering will include full billing, claims, endorsement and renewal functionality for the carrier’s personal lines, and will be accessible by Electric Insurance’s agents, policyholders, and internal customer service staff. Electric Insurance worked with Agencyport Software previously to build its Always On® mobile application.
