Agency to offer employers ‘The Employers STEP Advantage program’ developed by Injury Management Partners

East Coast Insurers has become a Certified Partner of Injury Management Partners. Led by President Steve Hall, CWCA, the agency will offer employers in Florida’s Volusia and Flagler Counties ‘The Employers STEP Advantage program’, developed by Injury Management Partners.

Mr. Hall said: “Employers need strategies for reducing the number, cost and duration of employee injuries. The Employers STEP Advantage provides proven methods of achieving these goals.”

The Employers STEP Advantage program, an approach to improve processes, training and vendor relationships involved in job-related disability management, is provided only through Injury Management Partners Certified Partners. Partners receive the training, tools and techniques to assist employers in reducing the number, cost and duration of employee injuries through a proprietary consulting approach, said the company.
