The Dolmans Group, a full-service mitigation and reconstruction firm in Netherlands, has selected Xactware’s claims estimation and management solutions to improve home claims service.
Xactware Solutions is a Verisk Analytics company that specializes in the property insurance, remodeling, and restoration industries.
Verisk Analytics said Xactware’s tools include its claims estimating software, Xactimate, and its claims management software, XactAnalysis, allows estimators to create estimates quickly and analyze real-time information on all aspects of the property repair process.
Xactimate and XactAnalysis solutions helps to produce faster turnaround times, better workflow, and a more transparent exchange of claim information among customers, insurers, insurance adjusters, contractors, and specialist services.
In addition, Xactware’s software also gives customers more control over the assignment process and claims management.
Xactware president and CEO Jim Loveland said this collaboration enables property professionals to resolve the real-world challenges they face daily.
