Cunningham Lindsey, a loss adjusting and claim management company, has established a new Practice Group for Product Liability.
The group will be staffed by adjusters in multiple locations within its global network and will offer product liability and recall claims investigation and management services. It will also provide both pre-loss and a full range of post-loss services.
Cunningham said that the team will have the commercial acumen to work with all parties to gather the right evidence to defend a claim or pursue recoveries whichever is the right path.
Cunningham Lindsey Global Product Liability Practice leader Jonathan Clark said that the practice group has been set up so that the company can offer clients the best possible solutions when there is a potential loss.
“The global reach recognizes that product liability claims are a global issue and we can provide both an in-territory response and a truly international response where claims cross national borders, Clark said.
