Crawford & Company's US property and casualty segment has integrated CMS2, its proprietary claims management system, with Xactware's property estimation solutions.
Claims reported via Xactware’s claim assignment network are transmitted electronically into Crawford’s CMS2 system for assignment to one of its claims professionals located across the US. Once assigned to a Crawford claims professional, the assignment is transmitted back to Xactware’s claim assignment network for distribution and return.
