Crawford & Company, an independent provider of claims management solutions, has acquired the assets of ClaimHub, a provider of claims workflow solutions for the property and casualty insurance market.

ClaimHub, established in 2000 and based in Kansas, provides a web-based, centralized claims platform for dispatching, tracking and managing all assignments and work product involved in the auto claims process. Crawford’s current vehicle claim platform, VTech, is a ClaimHub product.

Crawford’s nationwide vehicle claim services include damage appraisal for autos, heavy equipment, recreational watercraft, recreational vehicles and motorcycles, and condition inspections for a variety of vehicles, including leased and fleet autos and heavy equipment.

Crawford president and CEO Jeffrey Bowman said ClaimHub’s technology will allow them to expand the product offering and further enhance ability to interface with clients.

Crawford CEO of Property & Casualty – Americas Kevin Frawley said ClaimHub’s current staff has been offered positions at Crawford and will continue to develop advanced claim technology and service existing ClaimHub clients.

"The ClaimHub team brings many years of development experience to Crawford and will be an exceptional addition as we seek to grow Vehicle Services," Frawley said.

ClaimHub president and chief operating officer Sabrina Hightower said joining the Crawford network of products and services will greatly benefit ClaimHub clients who are seeking comprehensive services and a technology product.
