US-based personal lines insurance provider Confie Seguros has completed the acquisition of three insurance brokerages based in New York and Washington, for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition of AA Insurance Services, Parietti & McGuire Insurance and Insurance Now is expected to build on the company’s existing geographic footprint.

Headquartered in Lockport, New York, AA Insurance Services was founded in 1995 and is a standard personal lines agency specializing in auto and homeowners insurance.
Established 50 years ago, Parietti & McGuire Insurance is a second generation family-owned business based in Monroe, New York, and specializes in providing auto, home and small commercial insurance.
Based in Bellingham, Washington, Insurance Now was founded in 1997 and specializes in auto insurance.
Since its inception in 2008, Confie has acquired and successfully integrated more than 70 businesses, and has grown to a national retail organization that manages more than 560 offices throughout the US.
The California-based portfolio company of ABRY Partners is primarily focused on the insurance needs of Hispanic consumers.
