Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company has entered into a teaming agreement with Superior Vision to offer new vision coverage to employer groups across the US.
The coverage include comprehensive eye exams, eyeglass frame and lenses, contact lenses, a contact lens fitting exam, as well as discounts on additional glasses and contact lenses.
A full benefits package or a plan featuring glasses and contacts without eye examination may also be selected by the employer groups across all industry segments, as part of their regular workplace benefits enrollment.
Colonial Life marketing programs director Amy Criswell said, ”Offering this coverage through the workplace allows employees to meet their needs, and those of their families, affordably and conveniently.”
The employer groups are also eligible to pay premiums through convenient payroll deduction.
Other advantages of the coverage include discounts, online ordering and home delivery of most major brands of contact lenses and information and help on Superior Vision’s website.
