CNA Financial has appointed Robert Jirgal as senior vice president of business process reengineering.
In this newly created position, Mr Jirgal will work closely with CNA’s senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies designed to deliver enterprise-wide operating efficiencies, stronger business results and superior service capabilities for the global business insurer.
Mr Jirgal has over 20 years of management consulting and financial services operations experience, with a heavy concentration in the insurance industry, including work with CNA.
Most recently, Mr Jirgal served as vice president and managing partner of financial services for Gartner Consulting where he was responsible for providing strategic consulting and program oversight services for large, complex transformational initiatives involving operational changes and technology.
Prior to Gartner, Mr Jirgal served as managing director of business transformation services and vusiness process outsourcing for Keane Worldzen (formerly Bricker & Associates).
