Mr. Szerlong will lead CNA’s Distribution Management, six US zones, all branch locations, and CNA Select Risk
CNA Financial Corporation, a commercial insurer and property and casualty company, has appointed Tim Szerlong as president of its Worldwide Field Operations. In the newly created position, Mr. Szerlong will be responsible for driving enterprise growth and consistent customer experiences in all of the business insurer’s locations across the world.
Mr. Szerlong will lead CNA’s Distribution Management, six US zones, all branch locations, and CNA Select Risk. He will also oversee the establishment of five new branch offices, and have leadership responsibility for the company’s operations in Canada, Europe, Argentina and Hawaii.
Prior to joining CNA, Mr. Szerlong served at The Chubb Corporation for 35 years. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and Eastern US Field Operations officer, with responsibility for 24 offices and premiums of $4.8 billion.
