CNA, an insurance holding company, has appointed Janet Smither as human resources consulting director for its Western Service Center in Denver.
Smither joins CNA from Harris Bank where she served as senior human resources business partner, working with senior management to implement multiple strategic initiatives with a focus on succession planning and talent management.
Prior to this, she served as regional human resources director at Comcast Cable, and worked in the transportation and logistic industry.
The Company’s property and casualty insurance operations are conducted by Continental Casualty Company (CCC), and The Continental Insurance Company (CIC).
