Clear Insurance has acquired Bryant Kesek & Partners, a Surrey-based independent broker.
The general insurance division of Bryant Kesek and Partners was formed in 1985 by its present partners Richard Bryant and Jan Kesek.
Bryant and Kesek have grown the business to its current level of more than GBP4m in gross written premiums since its establishment.
The acquisition provides offers a new location from which to trade and some opportunities through the Arborplan scheme for tree surgeons and forestry contractors.

Clear Insurance CEO Howard Lickens said 2011 has been a fantastic year for them, they have grown organically by 15%, fully integrated their 2010 acquisitions and Bryant Kesek is their second £4 million plus GWP purchase in 2011.
