ClaimHub, a provider of claims workflow solutions for the property and casualty insurance market, has appointed Sabrina Hightower as president and chief operating officer of the company. She will take over the day-to-day operations and leadership of the company as it builds upon growth momentum by the execution of new product strategies.

Ms Hightower has joined ClaimHub as a director of project management and was later promoted to senior vice president in 2006. She has experience in all aspects of information technology and software development, as well as general management experience in strategic planning, product development, systems implementation, project management, and process improvement.

She has over 20 years of experience in the insurance, claims administration, and healthcare service delivery industries. Prior to her joining, she held various positions with Crawford & Company, most recently serving as assistant vice president.

JP Bolduc, chairman and interim CEO of ClaimHub, said: The promotion of Sabrina Hightower to President and COO comes at a bright moment in ClaimHub’s history, a time in which the company’s strategy and ability to execute has provided strength and momentum in a tough economy, when new product vision and development has translated into significant customer traction in a challenging marketplace.”

Ms Hightower, president and COO of ClaimHub, said: ClaimHub has developed, is executing upon, and is seeing the results of a growth strategy that supports our customers’ efforts to use technology more often, more broadly, and more easily to administer claims. As we build upon the momentum we have achieved in 2009, despite the incredibly challenging economic climate, we will continue to generate strong business results through product, channel and delivery strategies.
