Cigna has introduced its Open Access Value Plans with lower premiums, coverage for well care and screenings, such as childhood immunizations, mammograms, pap smears, and colorectal cancer checks, in Colorado.

According to Cigna, an affordable copay/coinsurance amounts for using in-network hospitals and doctors and also certain prescription drugs are also included in the plans.

Cigna customers will also have access to its customer service line, nurse lines and discounts on products and services which includes health clubs and weight management programs.

Cigna’s online web portal, myCIGNA.com, will allow customers to track claims, find a doctor or hospital or learn how to save money on prescription drugs. ‘Easy Pay’ options are also available, which offers automatic deductions from checking or savings accounts for monthly premium payments.

In addition, consumers in Colorado can also select from among nine other plans, including a health savings plan option that features a high deductible health plan paired with preventive care coverage.
