Health insurance company CIGNA HealthCare and hospital group Central Florida Health Alliance have entered into an agreement to provide all CIGNA HealthCare members and their covered dependents access to Leesburg Regional Medical Center in Lake County, Florida.
The Villages Regional Hospital is also a part of the Central Florida Health Alliance and has been in CIGNA’s provider network since July 2004. CIGNA members in Florida can now choose to receive in-network services at either of the hospitals, which offers more than 500 beds and numerous specialized services including acute care, rehabilitation, outpatient surgery, wellness, home health, skilled nursing, urgent care and wound healing/hyperbaric services.
