India-based Cholamandalam MS General Insurance has launched 'e-Policy' for insurance intermediaries to offer speed, convenience and instant motor policy.
The new ‘e-Policy’ is expected to assist all its intermediaries, bancassurance partners and customers across its 113 branches.
The features of the ‘e-Policy’ helps intermediaries in viewing the list of all the policies generated online and the information can be accessed any-time.
Cholamandalam MS General Insurance managing director SS Gopalarathnam said that ‘e-Policy’ will virtually shrink the policy issuance turnaround time.
Cholamandalam MS General Insurance is an insurance joint venture between the Murugappa Group and Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance of Japan.
