Chartis has introduced a new version of IntelliRisk for customers of its Environmental Division.
IntelliRisk is an online system that provides access to claims information and reporting, and generates monthly payment and standard loss run reports.
Chartis said that with the introduction of new version, all products provided by the Environmental Division will now be accessible through the system.
IntelliRisk is designed to provide requested claims information through a dashboard page that summarizes claims and financial information, with links to detailed information.
In addition, it also provides convenience of an internet claims reporting feature and a search function to review previously reported claims.
